The Shack by William Young

Weekly Small Group
THE SHACK" by William P. Young.

"THE SHACK wrestles with the timeless question: Where is God in a world so filled with unspeakable pain?"

We will meet on Wednesdays thru out summer beginning 6/30 (we will NOT meet 6/23)

  • For our 6/30 meeting... you will need to pick up a book (available at most book stores, Wal-Mart, target etc) and read the intro and chapters 1 & 2 (under 40 pages).
  • If you are not familiar with this book, it came out several years ago and stirred a lot of discussion in the Christian community. Young uses a fictional story. (Mac's daughter Missy is abducted and suspected to be murdered). This tragedy opens the doors for the main character "Mac" to encounter God, Jesus and Spirit in very interesting ways.
